Below is a screen capture on how to register & pay for the conference pass.
You can pay online using using any credit /debit card capable of paying in US dollars. Or using any existing balance in your Paypal account.
The organizers are not charging you any fees over and above the registration rate applicable to you.
However please check the terms & conditions of your card for any fees being charged.
Offline payments are those where you register online but pay offline, using a cheque or a netbanking funds transfer.
After you click Order, on the next page click the "Other Payment Options" link as shown in the image below, to see a pay by cheque option)
If you choose this option you will get registered online but will have to make no payment online. Your registration will be in pending status until we receive your payment and confirm the registration.
For offline payments, we are working with a US Dollar - Indian rupee conversion rate of Rs. 48. We have fixed this USD to INR conversion rate at Rs 48 till the 30th Nov 09.
Please calculate your amount by multiplying the dollar amount by 48.
To pay offline you can simply courier a cheque to our address. We will confirm your registration once your cheque gets collected.
(Recommended) To speed up your registration processing, instead of posting the cheque to us, you could directly deposit the cheque in any ICICI bank branch or ATM or you can make an online transfer with the following bank details.

For us to be able to track and associate your cheque / online transfer with your order, please ensure that you state your order number and / or delegate names along with the cheque.

Registrations will be confirmed only on receipt of the conference fees.
In case of offline payments, we will hold your registration for a maximum of 3 working days after the online registration, but no later than 8th Dec 2009.
At the conference welcome desk, you will be required to produce a photo identity proof like a driver's license, passport or PAN card.
If you wish to cancel your registration, your request must be received in writing no later than 25th Nov 2009. Cancellations are subject to Rs. 500 cancellation fee per cancelled participant.
All refunds will be made after the conference and within 1 month.
After 25th November, your registration fee is non-refundable. However, you may send someone else in your place. Requests for transfer should be sent no later than 5th December 09 by an email from the registered email address for the registration that is being transferred.
The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the conference and/or any one or more segments of the conference at any time.
In case we the organizers choose to cancel the event, we will return your money, less a charge not more than 5% of the fee.
Conference program is subject to change.
The delegate will not use any information, service or product made available during, at or after the conference to violate any local, state, or national law.
The organizers accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
